The 2026 HAYASHI Parade is coming this December!
What does the “sweetness” of Tainan mean to you?
From its sugar heritage and local flavors to the warmth of everyday life, sweetness is everywhere in Tainan.
This year’s “Sweet City on the Move!” brings together lively parade performances,
retro-inspired fashion, and a themed market to celebrate the 95th anniversary of HAYASHI Department Store!
The key visual, created by illustrator Dong Jun, captures the joyful spirit of Tainan through familiar local treats,
playful characters, and scenes inspired by everyday life.
On December 5, join us as the parade makes its way from The Spring to HAYASHI Department Store.
Come celebrate with us and experience the unique sweetness of Tainan! 🍬✨
